§ 1 Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (AGB) apply to all contracts and services between WiedemannAI ("Provider") and the customer regarding the use of the MatchUplift AI photo optimization platform.
§ 2 Description of Services
MatchUplift provides an AI-based service for optimizing profile photos. The service includes:
- Uploading user-provided source images for analysis.
- AI-powered enhancement and stylistic optimization.
- Providing the optimized results for download via a secure gallery.
§ 2a Third-Party Processing (OpenAI)
To provide our AI photo optimization service, your uploaded images are transmitted to and processed by OpenAI, L.L.C. (San Francisco, USA) via their secure API.
OpenAI processes your images solely for the purpose of generating the optimized photos. According to OpenAI's API data usage policy, images submitted through the API are not used to train their AI models.
By using MatchUplift, you consent to this data transfer to OpenAI for the purpose of image generation. For more information, see OpenAI's Privacy Policy.
§ 3 Refund Policy & Guarantee
7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand by the quality of our AI. If you are not satisfied with the results of your photo generation, you are eligible for a **full refund within 7 days** of receiving your optimized images.

§ 4 Pricing and Payment
All prices shown on the website are final. According to § 19 UStG (Small Business Regulation), no VAT is charged. Payments are processed through Stripe.
§ 5 Usage Rights
Upon successful generation and payment, the provider grants the customer a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual right to use the generated images forprivate and personal purposes (specifically for use on dating platforms and social media).
§ 6 Prohibited Content
The customer warrants that uploaded source images:
- ! Depict the customer themselves (no impersonation).
- ! Do not violate third-party copyrights.
- ! Do not contain illegal or prohibited content.
§ 7 Final Provisions
German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Möttingen, Germany. Should individual provisions of these terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
